For the Emulsion iPhone app.

Summary
Emulsion processes your photos on your iPhone. We do not upload your photos or collect your contacts. We do not show advertisements or sell data. Our membership service providers receive purchase and membership-screen interaction data to verify access, restore purchases, and understand how membership is used.
Photos that you take
The app develops and stores photos on your iPhone. Saving a new copy to Photos requests add-only access. Updating an existing photo or accessing its Live Photo resources may request read and write access. You can change photo access in iOS Settings.
Photos that you import
When you develop a photo from your library, you select it in the system photo picker. The app receives only the photo that you select. It does not see the other photos.
Camera
The app uses the camera only when the camera screen is open. The camera image goes to the screen and to the photo. It does not go to a server. A Live Photo movie stays on your iPhone, as the photo does.
Scene detection
The composition coach finds the scene, the subject, and the horizon in the camera image. This analysis runs on your iPhone. No image and no result leaves your iPhone.
Natural Depth
Natural Depth uses a model included with the app. Photos and depth maps are processed and stored on your iPhone.
Purchases
Apple processes Club purchases through the App Store. We do not receive payment card details. Our membership service providers receive an anonymous app identifier, purchase history, membership status, and membership-screen interactions for verification, restoration, and analytics. Apple ad attribution information is used to measure our campaigns. No app account is required. We do not use this data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Notifications
If you turn on the Daily Roll reminder, or the reminder before a free trial ends, the app schedules local notifications on your iPhone. No server sends them.
iCloud sync
iCloud sync is off by default. If you turn it on, your own films, LUT files, favorites, hidden films, and film order are stored in your private iCloud account and shared with your devices. Photos, rolls, edits, and camera settings do not sync.
Data that leaves your iPhone
Sharing sends the photo to the app or person you choose. Optional weather and place-name features send a coarse location to Apple Weather or Maps. Optional iCloud sync stores your own films, LUT files, favorites, hidden films, and film order in your private iCloud account. Photos, rolls, edits, and camera settings do not sync. Feedback
Feedback is optional. If you choose to send it, your email and message, device and iOS versions, app settings, and diagnostic logs go to the recipient shown in the mail or share sheet. Photos are not attached automatically. You can review or cancel before sending. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact sudoku42game@gmail.com.
Children
Emulsion does not require a personal profile. The same privacy practices apply to all users.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version shows on this page with a new date.
