Agreement
When you use Emulsion, you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
Your photos
Your photos are yours. The app does not get rights to them. You are responsible for the photos that you take and share.
The Club subscription
The Club opens all film stocks on all days. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end. You can cancel at any time in the Settings of your Apple Account. If a free trial is part of the offer, the payment starts when the trial ends.
The first-roll offer
The first-roll offer gives a lower price for the first year only. After the first year, the usual yearly price applies. The offer is available for 48 hours after it first shows.
Film names
The film stock names in Emulsion are our own. They do not refer to, and are not approved by, a film manufacturer.
No warranty
We make the app with care, but we give it "as is". Keep copies of photos that are important to you.
Changes
We can change these terms. The new version shows on this page with a new date.
