By downloading, installing, or using Flight Focus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Flight Focus is a productivity app that helps users manage focus time using aviation-themed timers and tracking. The App includes:
• Focus timer functionality
• Flight tracking and history
• Achievement system
• Premium features available through in-app purchase
By using the app blocking feature, you acknowledge that:
• The feature uses Apple's Screen Time API
• You grant permission to temporarily restrict selected apps
• App blocking is entirely device-based and private
• We cannot access your app usage data or statistics
• You can disable blocking at any time during a session
• The feature requires Screen Time permissions to function
• All Screen Time data remains encrypted on your device
• No account registration is required
• All data is stored locally on your device
• Optional iCloud sync uses your Apple ID
• You are responsible for maintaining device security
Subscription Terms:
• Monthly and annual subscription options available
• Payment charged to iTunes Account at confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off 24 hours before period ends
• Account charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to end of current period
• Manage subscriptions in Account Settings after purchase
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Family Sharing supported where available
Premium Features Include:
• Unlimited focus sessions
• All ambient sounds unlocked
• Advanced statistics and insights
• Custom focus durations
• Priority support
• Future premium features
Cancellation & Refunds:
• Cancel anytime through Apple ID settings
• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
• Refunds handled directly through Apple per their policies
• We cannot issue refunds directly
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App in any way that could damage our reputation
• All content in the App is owned by us or our licensors
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Flight Focus name and logos are our trademarks
• User-generated content remains your property
• You grant us a license to use your content for service improvements
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for data loss
• You use the App at your own risk
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
• Purchases can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID
• Use the "Restore Purchases" button in Settings
• Restoration requires an internet connection
• If restoration fails, please contact support
• Keep your purchase receipts for reference
• We may terminate or suspend your access at any time
• You may stop using the App at any time
• Upon termination, your license to use the App ends
• Paid subscription fees are non-refundable
• Provisions that should survive will remain in effect
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
